About Us

We are a small and friendly, independent therapy practice established in 2014 and are based in Cavan-Monaghan. We offer private occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech & language therapy and clinical psychology services to children aged 0-18 years living in Cavan-Monaghan and North-East area.

We provide an assessment and treatment service based on your child’s needs from an initial consultation through to individualised care plans and specific treatment programmes. We do this by using a child-centred, play-based approach in order to help your child to reach their full potential in all areas of their life.

Our therapists are qualified professionals registered with CORU and are members of their respective professional bodies like The Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI), Irish Society of Charted Physiotherapists (ISCP), The Irish Association of Speech and Language Therapists (IASLT) and Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). As such we work within the rules laid down by our professional bodies and follow a professional code of practice. We are also Garda vetted.

Sathees Chandra

Senior Occupational Therapist

Sathees is a paediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of education and experience working with children. He graduated from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, India with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.

Before beginning his career as paediatric occupational therapist, he gained extensive experience in various settings including, but not limited to, out patient rehabilitation, training and community-based settings. As a paediatric occupational therapist, Sathees has a huge experience includes working with children with autism, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, DCD/Dyspraxia, executive functioning difficulties, attending deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and more.

Sathees values a family-centred approach to therapy and the ability to collaborate with children and their families to develop individualised treatment plans to promote progress in daily occupations.

Prasanna Kondareddy

Senior Physiotherapist

Prasanna qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000 from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, India and worked as a physiotherapist with Apollo group of hospitals for 5 years. During this time he developed special interest in neurological physiotherapy. He underwent employer sponsored training programme in the University of Miami, under Prof. Dr. Bernard S Brucker in EMG biofeedback based neurological rehabilitation and worked as a clinical specialist for 2 years. In 2005, Prasanna pursued his masters degree in neurological physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University, UK under the watchful eyes of Prof. Dr. Bhanu Ramaswamy. Following, which he joined HSE as a senior physiotherapist in community care. Prasanna has a special interest in dyspraxia or developmental coordination disorder (DCD) and provides physiotherapy service for children at Enable Therapy Services.

Safi Ahamed

Senior Occupational Therapist

Safi is a paediatric occupational therapist and certified Multi Element Behaviour Support and Marte Meo Therapist with over 20 years of education and experience working with children. He graduated from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, India with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.

Safi has extensive experience working with a range of different populations, including, but not limited to, autism, sensory processing disorder, regulatory issues, developmental behavioural challenges, DCD/Dyspraxia, executive functioning difficulties, attending deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). As a clinician, Safi incorporates the DIR/Model(Floortime), sensory, behaviour and Marte Meo approach and is committed to learning his clients unique needs, placing on an alpha in parent training and advocating for child’s best interest. Safi is passionate about growing a child’s independence, which helps them believe in their own potential.
